Scripture too, is candid about this with the statement:

Throw your mind to the state you will to attain, and you will attain. For if you see it and believe it, you will achieve it. Begin to call those things that be not as though they were. The future should be regarded in the past, as though it already, has occurred. Your outside circumstance may currently not reflect your inside vision. But don’t allow your inside vision be dictated, in success or failure, by your outside circumstance. Don’t be discouraged, don’t be dismayed. Don’t say you can’t make it work. Fake it till you make it.
