Several years ago, a friend of mine lost his dad and mom within a short period of time. While attempting to console him, he instead cheered me up and gave me encouragement. He introduced me to the scripture:
When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up – Psalm 27:10

You see, I have a dad who taught me about the spirit of abundance and how to live humbly. My dad will spare no effort or expense to ensure that his children get a quality education. For he believes that if you can do anything to perfection, the world will beat a path to your doorstep. As the Dad to two beautiful girls, I spare no effort or expense to ensure they have all the opportunities they need to be all that God has called them to be.
Your Father has spared no effort or expense (his son included) to ensure you enjoy all the opportunities you need to be all that He has called you to be. Rather than continually striving to create your own opportunities and failing time and time again, don’t you think its time to lean in to the opportunities he has already created for you?
