There are two things you can do with failure. Accept it as is or allow it inspire you. There are few things in life that can inspire as much as failure does. Of course, you realize that success is not in the getting but in the trying. Yet, failure stinks. Failure sucks. Call it whatever you want to,  people don’t like to be around failure. And that is why failure is good for you. Failure lowers expectations, failures causes you to be overlooked, and gives you that unique advantage of flying solo under the radar. Failure is vile and vicious …. and it makes you invincible.

How bad can it get? You are already at the bottom, so really, how much more do you have to loose. Now you can take measured risks, now you can do it because you want to do it. You’ve failed already haven’t you, so you are no longer afraid of failure. It has already happened to you. That is where failure is most powerful. The man who has lost his fear of failure is and remains, one of the most potent forces in the universe.

The apostle Peter after failing by denying his Lord 3 times, rebounded by dying for his Lord. Littered across history, are men who failed hundreds of times, yet succeeded. If anything is going to stop you from achieving what the Lord has placed in your heart, it shouldn’t be failure. If you don’t become, it should never be because you didn’t try, or that you stopped trying. If you are privileged enough to fail at something, especially early in life, learn from it and keep moving. The investment “Wasted” is nothing but tuition paid for future success.

For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: – Proverbs 24:16
