Sometimes the journey doesn’t unfold the way we plan. Unexpected flight cancellations kept me from being physically present at the Dhading District gathering, and when word spread that I would not arrive as expected, attendance understandably shifted. Yet even in the uncertainty, something powerful happened—people still came. What could have been a setback became a reminder that purpose is never dependent on a single person.

The team on the ground stepped forward with excellence, leadership, and courage. In a moment that could have felt daunting, responsibility was entrusted to someone stepping into a new season of growth. A mentee, preaching publicly for the first time, rose to the occasion with confidence and grace. The atmosphere was alive with hope, and the impact reached far beyond expectations, touching lives in ways no one could have scripted.

The response exceeded the space available. With the only mountain hall filled to capacity, people gathered outside, listening through loudspeakers, standing in doorways, and peering through windows—drawn by a shared sense of anticipation. All of this unfolded high in the mountains, framed by the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Himalayas, a powerful reminder of how small we are and how meaningful moments can still echo far and wide.

When I eventually arrived in Nepal, the journey continued in deeper ways. Time spent together—traveling, talking, learning—became an opportunity for growth and mentorship. Questions were asked, wisdom was shared, and seeds were planted that will continue to bear fruit long after the trip ended.

Along the way, I was invited to speak at a funeral in Chitwan, Nepal, honoring a life deeply loved. In that tender moment, words of comfort and hope resonated deeply, bringing peace to those gathered and reminding us all of the power of presence, compassion, and shared faith.

Looking back, this season in Nepal was rich with meaning. It was a testament to resilience, trust, and the beauty of stepping forward when plans change. Thank you to everyone who supported this journey through prayer and encouragement. Together, we are part of something larger—impact that reaches beyond borders and moments, leaving a lasting imprint on lives and hearts. We bore witness to Jesus, and came back with fruits for His name. Fruits that will remain.
