God has done the miraculous this year. Thanks to your generosity, over 10 Children were sponsored and released from poverty in Jesus name. This happened at our recent “Night of Compassion 2015” event in Indianapolis. In addition, we also raised $500 so another child without parental support can have the opportunity to reach a higher potential in Jesus name. You are already receiving a harvest here on earth but you wait till you get to heaven and hear God say: “As you did to the least of these, you did for me”. Nothing like it.

Jesus, Light of The World
Yesterday, we turned on over 7200 lights at the Onyx House to celebrate Jesus. People make a statement when they put skeletons out for Halloween. We chose to make our own statement, to light up the neighborhood and remind all that pass by that Jesus Christ is the light of the world and He came so that we can be saved and alive today. So we can be partakers of the harvest. Glory!
The Samaritan Woman and The Harvest
It’s been a while since we’ve eaten and so we are looking forward to sharing this meal we just bought with Jesus. Yum, the smell of it is enough to keep a cow salivating all day long. But what is that we just saw? Jesus sitting with a Samaritan woman, and talking with her? That does not look right. Weren’t Jews forbidden from speaking with the Samaritans? Especially, a Samaritan woman with ill repute. Married 5 times, she is the jest of the town. But, whatever, He is the boss. He does what He wants. “Jesus, may we eat now?”
What? Did He just refuse the food saying: “My meat is to do the will of Him that sent me”. And wow, where is this large crowd coming from? It appears this woman just went out and called her entire village to hear the gospel. And better still, they believe, they are being saved. It’s a harvest. I’ve been preaching for a while now and I’m yet to see 5 people believe, but here Jesus, without food I must add, has helped hundreds believe, almost effortlessly. How does He do it?
From Passion to Compassion to Harvest
Here is how it works: The passion (meat) of Jesus is to do His Father’s will on earth, which is evangelizing the gospel. He esteemed that work over food and anything else. This passion led to a compassion that allowed him treat a woman with an ill reputation, kindly. And that brought results, many got saved. That’s it. You gain a passion for following Christ first, which leads to a compassion for the lost, which leads to action, and then a harvest. The harvest is not in 2017 or 2020. It is now. Look up Jesus said, the field is white and ready. Are you ready for a harvest this Christmas? How about this new year 2016?
Jesus saith unto them, my meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. Say not ye, there are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. – John 4:34-35
